As described TAO activities focus on developing the young person into a responsible citizen using outdoor education and physical activity as a tool of delivery, with SEAL and nurturing principles embedded. We use Boxhall and Generalised Anxiety Disorder scores to show progression.
Activities include: climbing (indoor and outdoor), abseiling, canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding (SUP), archery, bushcraft, mountaineering, hill walking, team building/initiative tasks, coasteering, gorge walking and martial arts.
